BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
Molars is seeking a driven B2B Business Development
Executive to drive B2B growth by promoting Molars’ healthcare products
and services to corporates, parastatals, hospitals, clinics, and other
healthcare partners through strategic marketing and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive
B2B growth and marketing initiatives
- Onboard
partners and grow patient volumes
- Generate
and convert qualified leads
- Plan
and execute corporate health activations
- Develop
solutions based on market needs
- Track
performance and optimize campaigns
- Collaborate
with internal and external teams
- Ensure
healthcare marketing compliance
Key Skills
- Strong
sales, communication, and negotiation skills
- Relationship-building
and client management
- Strategic
and data-driven thinking
- Solid
understanding of the healthcare market
Experience
- Background
in healthcare sales, marketing, or business development preferred
