We are seeking a highly motivated Data Analyst Intern
(M&E & Impact Analytics) to support the monitoring, evaluation, and
learning activities of the Gram for Gram (G4G) department initiatives. The
intern will collect and clean data, support routine monitoring, and create
clear visualizations that inform reporting, decision-making, and learning
across community-led waste management initiatives.

Requirements
- Education: Minimum
Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science,
Economics, Mathematics, Environmental Studies/Sciences with strong
quantitative coursework, or a related field.
- Experience: Recent
graduate within the last two years, with foundational exposure to data
tools.
- Coursework
or recent work experience involving M&E, research methods, GIS, public
policy analytics, or environmental impact data is a plus.

Requirements
- Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Environmental Science,
Environmental Education, Community Development, or a closely related
field.
- Experience:
Entry-level, recent graduates (within 24 months of completing their
degree) are strongly preferred. Volunteer experience, academic projects
focused on community work or environmental sustainability, and hands-on
program support experience are a significant plus.
- Experience
working with grassroots organizations or waste management initiatives is a
plus.

Job Description
Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and dedicated intern to join our
Membership team at KEPRO. As a Membership Intern, you will play a crucial role
in supporting our efforts to engage and serve our members effectively. This
internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the advancement of
sustainable practices while gaining valuable experience in membership
management and environmental stewardship.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Your specific duties and responsibilities will include, but
are not limited to the following:
- Initiate
and conduct proactive communication with members approaching their renewal
dates.
- Provide
personalized support and facilitate seamless renewal processes for members
to ensure ongoing engagement and satisfaction.
- Assist
members with monthly volume declarations, ensuring compliance and accuracy
with reporting requirements.
- Help
members navigate the declaration process and address any issues or
questions that may arise.
- Provide
on-site assistance to members, including conducting visits to member
facilities as needed.
- Address
member queries and concerns and offer timely support through our help desk
services to ensure a positive membership experience.
- Conduct
comprehensive analysis of membership data to derive insights for informed
decision-making and tailored membership strategies.
- Utilize
data analytics techniques to identify trends, track membership metrics,
and assess the effectiveness of membership engagement initiatives.
- Develop
and implement strategies to increase member involvement and participation
in organizational activities.
- Plan
and coordinate events, workshops, and outreach activities to foster
collaboration and knowledge-sharing among members.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s
degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration,
Business Development, Marketing, Data analysis, or related field.
- Passion
for environmental sustainability and commitment to promoting responsible
waste management practices.
- Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport
and engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong
analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel or
Google Sheets.
- Proactive
attitude with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Previous
experience in membership management, customer service, or environmental
advocacy is a plus.
