About The Role
The Tax Accountant will ensure management of all tax matters
by ensuring business compliance and adherence to tax regulations and governance
standards within the East African region.
Key responsibilities:-
- Providing
tax advice and guidance on all tax matters with regards to government
regulation and applicable law.
- Optimization
of tax efficiencies and mitigation of tax exposures within the control’s
environment.
- Provide
timely advisory on impending legislative changes and their impact to the
business.
- Maintain
effective control procedures over all aspects of the tax process.
- Ensure
timely and accurate submission of all tax returns.
- Manage
and coordinate tax audits.
- Maintain
tax balances on the general ledger.
- Conduct
to tax reviews and assessments to identify areas of improvement.
- Enhance
communication on tax matters and conduct internal training where
appropriate.
Requirements:-
- A
Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Economics, Law (LLB) or c any other related
field.
- CPA
(K) or ACCA certification
- At
least 5 years’ experience in a similar role preferably in the Oil &
Gas industry.
- Thorough
knowledge of tax accounting procedures and principles.
- Strong
knowledge of Kenyan tax laws; exposure to tax frameworks is an added
- Proficiency
in report writing.
- Strong
analytical skills.
- High
attention to detail with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent
communication and stakeholder management skills.

skilled professional for the position of LPG Territory Manager.
About the Role
The LPG Territory Manager will be responsible for developing
and implementing sales strategies to meet set LPG targets in volume and margin
through promoting and selling LPG in cylinder and bulk to potential and
existing customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively
seek out and engage with potential customers to grow the client base.
- Meet
and exceed sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Identify
new market opportunities, analyze market trends, and customer preferences.
- Build
and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Implement
marketing propositions to promote the brand and increase sales in the
region.
- Educate
customers on the safe handling, storage, and use of LPG.
- Maintain
accurate records of sales transactions.
- Ensure
timely collection of all revenues due by following up on outstanding
payments.
- Prepare
and submit regular sales reports, market updates, and customer feedback.
- Ensure
compliance with safety requirements and regulatory standards in all
activities.
Requirements
- A
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any related field.
- At
least 3 years’ experience in the Oil and Gas sector in LPG sales.
- Strong
negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability
to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Technical
knowledge of LPG.
- Strong
relationship-building skills to maintain customer loyalty.
- Creative
problem-solving skills.
