hire a motivated and dynamic intern to expand our social media presence.
Reporting to the marketing lead, the intern will support recruitment and create
awareness for immersion-based learning and travel programs by executing
content, social media, email, and website updates that inspire curiosity,
trust, and engagement.
Responsibilities
- Create
and publish content for website program pages, blogs and participant
stories, social media and email campaigns
- Schedule
and manage social media posts across key platforms
- Engage
with prospective participants, alumni, and partners online
- Assist
with email campaigns and list segmentation
- Support
SEO tasks (keyword use, page optimization, internal linking)
- Track
and report on basic digital performance metrics
- Maintain
content calendars and campaign schedules
- Any
other duties that will be assigned from time to time
Requirements
- Degree
or diploma in marketing, communications, media, or related field

writing and editing skills

Responsibilities
- Design
and manage multi-channel digital campaigns for recruitment
- Develop
content and storytelling strategies aligned with program goals
- Own
paid and organic performance across search, social, and email
- Optimize
program landing pages and inquiry journeys

performance data and translate insights into action

accounts assistant who will be responsible for executing finance, human
resource and administration duties in order to ensure effective and efficient
operations. This position will offer the individual a competitive salary,

Responsibilities
- Accounts
Payables: Preparing payments with correct supporting invoices and
documents, for all expenses
- Records
Keeping: Detailed and organized record keeping in both soft & hard
copies filling records in an orderly manner for ease of retrievals with
relevant documentations
- Treasury:
Assist in daily, weekly and monthly treasury operations and track key
treasury operational benchmarks
- Accounts
Receivables: Track all sales are accurately billed and work with the sales
team for timely collections
- Cash
Management: Keep a weekly record of all cash movement for programs funding
in various locations & ensure up to date recording of reconciliations
with accurate supporting documents
- Modeling:
Review program pricing and competitive packaging to ensure the program
remains competitive in its programs pricing to attract clients
- Compliance:
Ensuring compliance with taxation and any other financial legal
requirements, including filing of all statutory deductions; PAYE, Tourism
Levies, SHIF, NSSF, HELB and VAT, among others

work closely with business development team and avail strategic support

Requirements
- Bachelor’s
degree in accounting or other related courses in business with a minimum
of second class honors upper division; Minimum B+ in KCSE
- At
least 1-2 years work experience
- Completed
professional accounting papers: CPA or ACCA or an equivalent

of financial reporting and accounting standards
- Must
be well versed Microsoft applications, working with any accounting system

to details, results oriented & ability to work independently.
