Relationship Managers – Commercial Banking
Access Bank Kenya PLC is seeking qualified, results-driven,
and customer-focused professionals to join its Commercial Banking team as
Relationship Managers. This role offers an exciting opportunity to build strong
client relationships, drive portfolio growth, and deliver tailored banking
solutions across key regions in Kenya.
Job Purpose
The Relationship Manager – Commercial Banking will be
responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of commercial clients by
providing innovative financial solutions, strengthening customer relationships,
and driving sustainable business growth in line with the Bank’s strategic
objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage
and grow a portfolio of commercial banking clients
- Acquire
new customers while retaining and expanding existing relationships
- Structure
and deliver appropriate banking products and solutions
- Drive
revenue growth through deposits, lending, and other bank products
- Conduct
credit analysis, risk assessment, and portfolio monitoring
- Ensure
compliance with internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and KYC
requirements
- Provide
excellent customer service and act as the primary point of contact for
clients
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s
Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Relevant
experience in Commercial or Corporate Banking
- Strong
relationship management and business development skills
- Excellent
communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities
- Proven
track record in sales, portfolio growth, and customer management
