JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for professional and experienced Waiters to
join our Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidates will have at least 2
years’ experience in a 3-star or higher-rated hotel and be passionate about
delivering an exceptional dining experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Welcome
and serve guests in a courteous and timely manner
- Take
accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system
- Coordinate
with kitchen and bar for smooth service delivery
- Clear,
clean, and reset tables efficiently
- Handle
guest feedback and concerns professionally
- Adhere
to hygiene and safety standards
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- Certificate/Diploma
in Hospitality or related field
- Minimum
2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Excellent
communication and customer service skills
- Ability
to multitask, work
- under
pressure, and maintain professionalism
- Flexibility
to work shifts, weekends and holidays
