ROLE SUMMARY:
We are looking for motivated Telesales Agents to drive
outbound campaigns for Hilton Invoice Optimization Software targeting the U.S.
and Canada. The role involves engaging prospects, presenting software value
(20-30% invoice savings), and converting subscriptions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Make
high-volume outbound calls to U.S. & Canada prospects.
- Present
and explain software benefits clearly.
- Guide
prospects through onboarding and invoice uploads.
- Achieve
monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain
CRM records and manage sales pipeline.
- Conduct
follow-ups and nurture leads professionally
WORKING HOURS:
- Must
work U.S. Eastern or Pacific Time shifts; flexible scheduling may be
required.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1+
year in telesales, outbound sales, or BPO.
- Experience
with U.S./international campaigns is a plus.
- Proven
track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity
with CRM tools (Adversus, HubSpot, Zoho).
- SaaS
or subscription sales experience is advantageous.
- Willingness
to work on a commission basis.

- Persuasion,
negotiation, and objection-handling.
- Ability
to simplify technical concepts.
- Resilient,
confident, and professional under rejection.
- Organized
and detail-oriented.
