professionals to fill the following positions:
1. Marketing Executives – Five Positions
Locations: Nanyuki, Nyeri, Eldoret, North
Eastern, and MUA Technical Institute – Kisaju
Job Purpose:
The Marketing Executives will support the marketing function in recruiting
students, promoting university programmes, and advising on market trends
through surveys and direct marketing initiatives.
Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience Required:
- Degree
in Marketing or any Business-related field with at least 2 years of
experience in sales and marketing; or
- Diploma
in Sales and Marketing with 3 years of selling experience
- Certificate/Diploma
in computer skills is an added advantage
- Excellent
communication, organization, and report writing skills
2. Administrative Assistant – Marketing Department
Job Purpose:
The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative and operational
support to ensure the smooth functioning of the Marketing Department. This
includes event coordination, documentation, data management, and social media
support.
Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s
degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related
field
- 2–4
years of administrative or marketing support experience (preferably in an
educational or corporate setting)
- Proficiency
in MS Office Suite
- Familiarity
with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and social media platforms
- Excellent
communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
3. Receptionist – One Position
Job Purpose:
The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for students, staff,
and visitors, managing front desk operations and providing administrative
support.
Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience Required:
- Diploma
in Administration, Business, or a related field
- 1–3
years of experience in a front desk, customer service, or administrative
role (experience in an educational institution is an advantage)
- Proficiency
in MS Office and office equipment
- Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong
organizational skills and customer service orientation
4. Security Intern
Job Purpose:
The Security Intern will assist the Campus Security Department in maintaining a
safe and secure environment, gaining hands-on experience in campus safety
operations and security management.
Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience Required:
- Currently
pursuing or recently completed a degree in ICT
- Relevant
experience or studies in criminology or security is an added advantage
- Basic
understanding of information security principles and tools
- Strong
analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Eagerness
to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
