WEB DEVELOPER
Position scope
Reporting to Head of ICT Business Systems the
successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing relevant
software systems for operational efficiency.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Design,
develop and implement software for KTDA business, factories and
subsidiaries;
- Planning
and delivering software platforms used across multiple products and
organizational units;
- Preparing
technical analysis documentation;
- Writing
software, processes and documentation of operating manuals;
- Analyzing
business software needs as per user requests;
- Liaising
with System Testers to modify systems and ensure that that they operate
reliably;
- Ensuring
adequate training for users and support personnel for systems;
- Researching
and examining current systems and consulting users on areas of concern or
improvement;
- Ensuring
continuous process improvement of services through efficient working

efficient execution of work processes as assigned;

Qualifications/Skills/Experience
- Bachelor

Delphi Pascal, C#, Python, PHP, ASP.NET, HTML/CSS/JAVASCRIPT.
- Should
be able to design and develop databases and code using SQL language.
Proven Knowledge of databases platforms like MS-SQL, MySQL, etc..

Position scope
Reporting to Head of ICT Infrastructure and Security, the
successful candidate will be responsible for providing overall administration
of the network and hardware infrastructure and services.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Establishing
network specifications from user requirements, analyzing workflow, access,
information, and security requirements;
- Designing
and configuring appropriate routing protocols;
- Planning,
installing, configuring, and testing equipment;
- Maintaining
network performance by monitoring and analyzing usage trends and tuning
performance;
- Troubleshooting
network problems and escalating problems to where necessary;
- Preparing
and executing network security protocols to industry standards by
developing network access, monitoring, control, and evaluation policies

FIELD SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATORS – TWELVE (12) POSITIONS
Position scope
Reporting to the Regional ICT Manager (Technically) and
Factory Unit Manager, (Administratively), the successful candidate will be
responsible for coordinating ICT services within the Factory by providing
technical support for all sections.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Working
with users to analyze workflow, access, information, and security
requirements as well as designing system infrastructure
- Installing
and configuring servers and application software on all workstations
- Planning
and executing the selecting, installing, configuring, and testing of PC
and server hardware, LAN and WAN networks, and operating systems
- Maintaining
and monitoring system performance by troubleshooting system hardware, and
networks and documenting system problems and resolutions for future
reference and providing comprehensive reports on system performance
- Backing
up and restoring files and critical data by performing/verifying daily
backup for recoverability
- Managing

Manager Resource Mobilization and Business
Development
KTDA Foundation and Social enterprise mandate is to initiate
interventions that improve the welfare of small holder tea farmers in Kenya
through strategic partnerships in areas of education, health, economic
empowerment and environmental conservation.

carrying out audit procedures.
