Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily property operations — including leasing, tenant relations, and occupancy management.
  • Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to optimize income and control costs.
  • Manage service contracts, maintenance, and capital works to ensure properties remain safe, compliant, and well-maintained.
  • Stay ahead of market trends to maintain competitive rental levels and support business growth.
  • Lead, train, and evaluate property management staff to drive performance and professionalism.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, contractors, service providers, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and statutory regulations.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate or a related field.
  • Full membership with the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya (ISK) — mandatory.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in property management, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of leasing, service contracts, budgeting, and property management systems.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.

We’re looking for a dynamic Centre Manager to oversee one of our key retail centres in Naivasha, a leader who can drive income growth, strengthen tenant relations, and ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day Centre operations, including leasing, tenant relations, occupancy management, and promotional activities.
  • Prepare and oversee budgets, forecasts, and client reports to ensure financial performance targets are met.
  • Monitor market trends to maintain competitive rental levels and support business growth.
  • Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and capital projects to uphold safety, compliance, and high-quality standards.
  • Supervise service providers and contractors to ensure cost-effective and efficient service delivery.
  • Lead and mentor Centre staff, ensuring strong performance and professional development.
  • Maintain compliance with occupational health, safety, and statutory requirements.
  • Build and nurture productive relationships with tenants, vendors, and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate or a related field.
