The Schneider Graduate Program (SGP) is designed to help you
grow faster at the Early Career stage. During the 24 months with us, you may go
through a Structured Rotational track or Specialized track, under different
functions. It will allow you to learn different businesses or functions within
Schneider Electric, through a series of accelerated induction and programs. Get

Our 24-month Technical & Engineering Apprenticeship
Programme is designed to provide hands-on experience and industry-recognized
qualifications. You’ll gain practical knowledge while taking on real
responsibilities, helping shape your future career with Schneider Electric.
This programme is specifically tailored for our Services
Business Unit, where successful apprentices transition into Field Service
Representative roles. These roles involve travel to customer sites and training
to support our fast-paced service operations.
Programme Requirements:
- Must
have completed N4–N5 or equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical
Engineering.
- Must
be a 2nd–4th year university student in a STEM-related course.
- Must
hold a Matric certificate with:70% average in Mathematics and Physics
or60% average in English.
- Must
have a minimum tertiary average of 65% or higher (if in first year or
above).
