We are currently looking to recruit a Workshop Manager, to
work at Taita Hills & Salt Lick Wildlife Resort Ltd.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Managing
workshop operations.
- Supervising
staff.
- Maintaining
records.
- Ensure
timely completion of projects and assignments.
- Enforce
safety protocols and standards within the workshop.
- Implement
preventive measures to avoid recurring problems.
Qualification and Experience
- Minimum
of 8-year experience in similar positions.
- Knowledge
of mechanical and electrical engineering.
- Familiarity
with workshop equipment and processes.
- Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven
ability to analyze and solve operational challenges.
- Experience
in hospitality is an added advantage
