- Prior
experience working with conservation or environmental projects is an added
advantage.
- Experience
in managing logistics, HR functions, and office management.
Qualifications
- A
degree in business administration, management, finance, social sciences,
or a related field.
- A
certification or qualification in project management is an advantage.

2. Field Accountant

Experience
- Proven
experience in accounting, financial management, or a similar role,
preferably in the context of donor-funded projects.
- Experience
in preparing and managing budgets and financial reports.
- Knowledge
of procurement processes and payment procedures.
- Experience
in managing local finances, including petty cash, within field operations.
- Prior
experience in the conservation or environmental sector is an advantage.
Qualifications
- A
degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related
field.
- A
professional certification in accounting (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is required.
- Additional
training or experience in project finance and donor compliance will be an
advantage.

- Experience
in field-based project management and community engagement.
Qualifications
- Advanced
degree in conservation, environmental studies, project management, social
sciences or a related field.
- Relevant
certifications in project management.

4. Field Community Officer

operations;

Qualifications
- Minimum
Diploma level in community development, project management, natural
resource management or related disciplines;
- Certificate
in relevant computer applications;
- Clean
driving (minimum class B) and/or riding (class A2) license is a
requirement.
