About the job
We are looking for a motivated Sales Intern to
support our sales team by organizing, managing, and maintaining documentation
related to sales operations. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented,
eager to learn about sales processes, and committed to helping the team stay
efficient and accurate.
Internship Duration 4 – 5 months

Key Responsibilities:
- Sort
and organize sales documents (contracts, agreements, proposals, forms)
- File
and maintain both physical and digital documentation in the correct
systems
- Ensure
documents are complete, up-to-date, and easy to retrieve
- Assist
with data entry into CRM or document management systems
- Support
the sales team with basic reporting and document preparation
- Follow
internal procedures for document handling and confidentiality
- Help
prepare documents for meetings, reports etc
- Coordinate
with other departments (finance, legal) to ensure accuracy of records
- And
any other duties assigned periodically.

Managers in finding Unity Homes tenants! If you’re great with people, have
strong organisational skills, and know your way around social media and CRM
tools, this is for you. Help qualify leads, schedule viewings, and close rental
deals while delivering top-tier Unity Homes service. A diploma in marketing or
business is ideal. ISO 9001:2015 awareness is a plus.

Job Summary
- Collect
and manage rental leads generated through social media platforms.
- Qualify
leads by conducting initial phone screenings to assess tenant interest and
eligibility.
- Maintain
accurate and up-to-date records of all leads and their progress.
- Schedule
and coordinate property showings for prospective tenants to be handed over
to the Estat Management.
- Provide
detailed information about available units, amenities and rental terms
- Address
potential tenant inquiries and objections effectively.
- Negotiate
lease terms and close rental deals.
- Build
strong relationships with potential and existing tenants through excellent
customer service.
- Ensure
a positive tenant experience throughout the rental process.
- Prepare
and process paperwork for tenant applications.
- Maintain
accurate and organised tenant files.
- Assist
the estate manager with other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma
or degree in Communication, Marketing and or Business Administration
- Previous
experience in sales, customer service, or real estate is advantageous.
- Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills.

organisational and time management abilities.

in using social media platforms and CRM software.
