Job Description
Role Purpose:
Responsible for identifying, securing and growing revenue
from corporate clients and business travel partners. This role involves
managing a portfolio of key accounts, developing new business pipelines and
implementing strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets at the
hotel.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
(include but are not limited to):
- Build
and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients,
business travel partners, government agencies, NGOs and multinational
organizations.
- Ensure
timely contract renewals, negotiations and rate loading with a clear focus
on yield management and profitability.
- Identify
and secure new corporate accounts across target industries and sectors.
- Develop
bespoke proposals and presentations tailored to client needs and aligned
with the hotel’s service offerings.
- Develop
and execute strategic sales plans to drive performance across the
corporate travel segment.
- Align
sales efforts with seasonal trends, MICE business opportunities and market
demand cycles.
- Drive
room nights, F&B and meeting/conference revenue from corporate
clientele.
- Track
and analyze market trends, competitor activity and client feedback to
inform tactical actions.
- Prepare
and present accurate sales forecasts and marketing insights.
- Provide
weekly and monthly sales activity and performance reports to the Hotel
Manager.
- Represent
the Hotel in sales calls, trade events, exhibitions and client
entertainment activities.
- Organize
and lead familiarization trips (FAMs) for high-value corporate clients.
- Maintain
accurate and up-to-date client information and activity logs in CRM
system.
- Track
contract performance, booking patterns and client feedback for ongoing
relationship development.
- Perform
any other duties as assigned by superior to meet overall business
objectives.

Degree in Hotel Management, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum
of 3 years’ experience as a Sales Account Manager in a 4- or 5-star hotel,
preferably with an international hotel brand.

Head of Security Operations
Role Purpose:
- Ensures
the safety of guests, staff and property by leading all security
operations, enforcing safety protocols, managing risks and ensuring
compliance with regulations. The role supports a secure, welcoming
environment that upholds the hotel’s reputation and smooth operations.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
(include but are not limited to):
- Develop
and enforce security policies, systems and procedures. Oversee
surveillance, access control and incident response.
- Coordinate
with law enforcement and manage investigations.
- Conduct
risk assessments and protect physical/IT assets.
- Lead,
train, and manage the security team.
- Ensure
adherence to health and safety regulations (OSHA 2007).
- Manage
emergency protocols and conduct safety training.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Security/law
enforcement background preferred.
- Diploma
and professional security training required.
- Membership
in PROASAK or similar bodies a plus.
- 5+
years as a Security Manager within a 4- or 5-star hotel, preferably with
an international brand.
- Computer
literate.

Income Auditor
Role Purpose:
- Responsible
for reviewing and verifying all revenue transactions to ensure accuracy,
completeness, and compliance with established financial procedures.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
(include but are not limited to):- Ensure
system rates match contractual and rack rates; verify banquet charges
against agreed terms.
- Validate
support documents for complimentary and house use rooms.
- Confirm
accurate recording of all guest and non-guest transactions across
departments.
- Reconcile
restaurant cash, Mpesa and credit card payments with relevant reports and
documentation.
- Ensure
proper backup for city ledger checkouts and validate bill transfers
between accounts.
- Reconcile
housekeeping vs. front office room statuses and generate discrepancy
reports.
- Oversee
timely billing, correct cashier errors and ensure all expected departures
are properly checked out.
- Close
all open POS checks, compile daily cashbook summaries and ensure all
documentation is complete.
- Run
and distribute night audit reports; raise audit queries and support
additional audit tasks as required.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s
Degree in Accounting or its equivalent.
- At
least CPA Part III.
- 2
years working experience as a night/income auditor in a 4- or
- 5-star
hotel, preferably with an international brand.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong
understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations;
proficient in MS Office i.e Excel, Word and Hotel Finance Systems such as
Micros, Opera, Materials Control and Sun Systems.
- Numbers-oriented
with excellent organizational skills and a high attention to detail;
capable of spreadsheet formulation and data analysis.
- Effective
verbal and written communicator with the ability to interact
professionally across departments and with the guests.
- Maintains
high standards of ethics and professionalism; able to manage difficult
situations.
- Able
to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays
and overnights.
- Demonstrates
the ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize workload and thrive in a
dynamic, fast-paced environment.
