ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator (CSC).
Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain – BIDCORO, the CSC
will be the link between customers, sales, planning, production, warehouse,
logistics and finance to ensure customer satisfaction.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- A
glimpse of the key responsibilities:
- Receiving,
reviewing and processing customer orders accurately.
- Managing
customer orders from confirmation through to production, dispatch and
delivery.
- Coordinating
with planning and production to align customer demand with production
schedules.
- Monitoring
order progress and proactively communicate risks, delays, changes to
customers.
- Coordinating
dispatch of finished goods for both local & export sales.
- Ensuring
accuracy of all customer documentation.
- Following
up on deliveries and receipt of proof of delivery.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s
Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or
any related discipline.
- Minimum
2–4 years’ experience in customer service, order management, supply chain
coordination.
- Strong
customer service & coordination skills.
Location: BIDCO Industrial Park, Ruiru off Ruiru–Kiambu
Road.
Remuneration: Individually negotiated based on experience
& qualifications, at an attractive level.

We are actively looking for a Key Accounts Manager for BIDCORO Brands in Kenya.
Reporting to the Head of Commercial for BIDCORO in East Africa, the Key Accounts Manager will be the responsible for driving results in the relevant modern trade channels.
For one to be successful in this role:
1. He/ She has to work closely with the relevant stakeholders to build long-term sustainable relationships with the aim of growing presence, visibility, volume and profitability for the business.
2. He/She will work closely with other functions to ensure modern trade demands are efficiently met.
3. He/She will develop and implement business strategies and programs geared towards driving profitable growth, loyalty while expanding the business' footprint across the MT channels and chains.
4.He/She will be responsible for the identification of new revenue opportunities and the development of joint annual business plans with key partners.
5. He/She will be responsible for setting up, tracking, evaluating and reporting of the performance per key account on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

Finance Executive at BIDCORO Africa Ltd
We are looking for a Finance Executive. Reporting to the
Head of Finance-BIDCORO, the Finance Executive will be majorly responsible for
accurate management reporting, acting as a key contact for audits
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- A
glimpse of key responsibilities:
- Expected
to deputize Head of Finance Oversight over product costs and product cost
development.
- Financial
management and analysis & data analytics.
- Drive
month-end/year end closing activities
- General
ledger security
- Oversight
of insurance matters- register/files, claims
- Tax
reporting including workings and filing-weekly/monthly/quarterly/annually
- Compliance
with group and local accounting policies
- Controlling,
Financial Reporting. Compliance, Internal Controls
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
- Refresh
and Delight
- Minimum
4-5 years of financial accounting, tax management and inventories’
experience in a similar position within FMCG
- Experience
with working for global companies
- Management
accounting including product costing
- Working
Experience in SAP would be an advantage
- Individually
negotiated based on experience & qualifications, at an attractive
level.
