Key Responsibilities
Operations & Coordination
- Oversee
daily office and site operations – logistics, inventory tracking,
procurement support
- Improve
workflow efficiency and service delivery
- Supervise
support staff including drivers, office assistants, and cleaners

HR Support
- Support
recruitment administration, onboarding, and employee record management

Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s

recruitment, or coordinating people processes

engagement at the Classic Mouldings showroom.
The ideal candidate will have strong sales ability
combined with design knowledge, enabling them to guide clients in selecting
premium mouldings, wall finishes, and architectural elements while actively
driving sales and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities Client Engagement & Sales
- Attend
to walk-in and scheduled showroom clients
- Understand
client needs, budgets, and design requirements
- Recommend
suitable mouldings, wall finishes, and decorative architectural solutions

Cost Management:

design projects.
- Conduct
thorough take-offs, quantity calculations, and detailed cost estimations

- Continuously
monitor and control costs throughout the project lifecycle to ensure
adherence to budgetary constraints.
Risk Analysis and Management:
- Identify

- Assist
with the valuation of variations to the original scope of work, ensuring
that these adjustments are accurately reflected in the project’s financial
reports.
- Ensure
proper documentation and record-keeping for invoicing and progress
payments.
Data Management and Documentation:
- Maintain
a comprehensive and up-to-date database of cost data and documentation
related to all projects.
- Ensure
that construction design documentation is accurately filed and easily
accessible for internal and client review.
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work
closely with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure
that all project costs are controlled and accounted for.
- Foster

Requirements
Educational Qualifications:

construction industry, with a proven track record in cost estimation,
budgeting, and contract management.
