Job Overview
Kwetu Nairobi is seeking a detail-oriented and
experienced Senior Housekeeping Supervisor to support the
management of the Housekeeping Department.
The successful candidate will help ensure the highest
standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest comfort throughout the hotel,
while supporting the Executive Housekeeper in daily departmental operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist
the Executive Housekeeper in overseeing daily housekeeping operations,
including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
- Supervise
and coordinate housekeeping staff to ensure efficient workflow and high
cleanliness standards.
- Conduct
regular inspections of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to ensure
compliance with hotel quality standards.
- Ensure
housekeeping supplies, linens, and amenities are properly stocked and
managed.
- Assist
in staff scheduling, training, and performance supervision.
- Support
implementation and maintenance of health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Handle
guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Monitor
housekeeping equipment and coordinate maintenance when necessary.
- Assist
in maintaining departmental budgets, inventory, and cost control measures.
- Ensure
compliance with brand standards and operational procedures.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma
or Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Minimum
of 3–5 years’ housekeeping experience in a hotel
environment, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong
knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning procedures, and quality
standards.
- Experience
in a luxury or international hotel brand is an added advantage.
- Strong
leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent
organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Good
communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency
in hotel management systems is an added advantage.

Pool Attendant to join our wellness team. The successful candidate will be
responsible for delivering high-quality fitness instruction, maintaining gym
standards, and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our guests.
Knowledge of swimming pool maintenance will be an added advantage, as the role
supports overall wellness facility operations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct
individual and group fitness training sessions for hotel guests and
members.
- Provide
guidance on exercise techniques, fitness routines, and safe equipment use.
- Maintain
cleanliness, safety, and organization of the gym and fitness equipment.
- Monitor
guest workouts and provide support to prevent injuries.
- Assist
in developing personalized workout programs for guests when required.
- Perform
routine checks and basic maintenance of gym equipment.
- Support
daily operations of the wellness area, including the swimming pool.
- Carry
out basic pool maintenance tasks including water quality checks, chemical

Qualifications & Experience
- Certificate

related field.
- Recognized
fitness instructor certification.
- Previous
experience as a gym instructor, fitness trainer, or wellness attendant in
a hotel, gym, or wellness facility.
- Knowledge
of swimming pool maintenance and water treatment systems is required.
- CPR/First
Aid certification is an added advantage.
- Strong
interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passion
for health, fitness, and guest service.
- Ability
to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
