Job Purpose
To provide high-quality physiotherapy services through
comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment aimed at
restoring function, relieving pain, preventing disability, and improving
patients overall quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct
patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Administer
physiotherapy interventions including therapeutic exercises, manual
therapy, electrotherapy, and mobility training.
- Monitor
and evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Educate
patients and caregivers on rehabilitation, prevention, and home-based care
programs.
- Maintain
accurate, confidential, and up-to-date patient records.
- Ensure
adherence to infection prevention, safety, and professional standards.
- Collaborate
with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and continuity of
care.
- Maintain
physiotherapy equipment and ensure proper utilization.
- Participate
in departmental initiatives, quality improvement programs, and continuous
professional development.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma
in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution
- Minimum
of two (2) years relevant work experience in a busy healthcare setting.
- Registered
with the Physiotherapy Council of Kenya (PCK)
- Valid
practicing license

Job Purpose
To ensure accurate, complete, and secure management of
patient health records in line with hospital policies and regulatory
requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Registration, Billing and Payments
- Ensure
accurate patient registration, billing, and appointment scheduling in the
HMIS, including verification of patient details, processing payments, and
applying correct ICD-11 coding.
Records Management & Data Integrity
- Maintain
complete and accurate patient records (manual and electronic), prepare
required reports, and manage statutory documentation suchas birth and
death notifications in compliance with policies and legal requirements.
Patient Support &Compliance
- Provide
professional front-office support to patients, uphold confidentiality of
medical information, support staff training on systems and procedures, and
assist in audits, data verification, and other compliance-related
activities.
Qualifications& Experience
- Certificate
in Health Records and Information Technology from a recognized institution
- Minimum
of two (2) years relevant work experience in a busy healthcare setting.
