Tele-Collections Intern
Edenbridge Capital is seeking motivated and detail-oriented
individuals to join their team as Tele-Collections Interns. This
role offers an opportunity to grow your career in finance, customer service,
and debt collection operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct
collection calls professionally and ethically
- Follow
up on outstanding debts and maintain client relationships
- Update
and maintain accurate records
- Support
customer service and compliance processes
Requirements
- Diploma
or Bachelor’s degree in:
Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field - Strong
communication & interpersonal skills
- Professional
phone etiquette
- Ability
to work independently and in a team
- Basic
knowledge of debt collection & customer service
- High
attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability
to handle confidential information
- Proficiency
in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience
in customer service or call center is an added advantage
