Instore Salesperson & Wellness Advisor at Eastnat Limited
Eastnat Limited is looking for a warm, knowledgeable and
customer-focused In-store Sales & Wellness Advisor to
create meaningful customer experiences and drive in-store and online
sales.
The ideal candidate enjoys interacting with people,
understands wellness concepts, and can confidently recommend products based on
customer needs.
key Responsibilities:
- Provide
warm, knowledgeable customer service and guide product selection
- Drive
in-store sales through active engagement, upselling, and product education
- Maintain
attractive displays, cleanliness, and proper stock organization
- Receive,
arrange, and monitor stock while ensuring accountability
- Curate
relevant, coherent social media content aligned with Eastnat wellness
themes
- Engage
customers meaningfully both in-store and online
- Support
planning and execution of in-store and online promotions and wellness
events
- Collect
and relay customer feedback to improve products and service
Qualification and Experience
- Diploma
or Certificate in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Science, or related field
required
- Minimum
of 1 year experience in a sales, retail, or customer service role
- Experience
recommending products and advising customers based on their needs
- Strong
interest in natural wellness, herbal, and nutritional products
- Previous
experience in a wellness store, pharmacy, organic shop, or health-focused
retail is an added advantage
- Social
media acumen, including ability to create and engage content on Meta
(Instagram, Facebook) and TikTok
- Computer
literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity
with Canva and similar content creation tools
- Ability
to translate nutrition knowledge into practical product recommendations
