Marketing Executive at Niobi

The Marketing Executive will take ownership of our marketing engine and help us build a strong, credible and compelling brand presence. You will have plenty of room for creativity and ideas while working closely with leadership to craft and translate our marketing strategy to shape our narrative, drive inbound demand and adequately position Niobi’s brand.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Niobi’s digital marketing strategy to drive qualified inbound leads and strengthen brand awareness
  • Design and implement marketing initiatives that consistently attract and convert our ideal customer profiles
  • Develop compelling, SEO optimized content that communicates Niobi’s value proposition across social media, blogs, website pages, email campaigns and other digital channels
  • Lead content ideation and manage structured content calendars aligned with business and growth objectives
  • Manage and grow Niobi’s social media presence, driving meaningful engagement and community interaction
  • Build and nurture a strong community through webinars, newsletters, research articles, thought leadership pieces, downloadable resources and curated events
  • Collaborate with product, design and growth teams to ensure brand consistency and cohesive messaging across all channels
  • Monitor key marketing performance metrics and continuously refine strategies based on data insights
  • Support product launches, feature rollouts and partnership announcements with clear and impactful messaging
  • Conduct ongoing research on industry trends, competitors and customer behavior to refine positioning and sharpen our narrative
  • Contribute to establishing Niobi as a credible and authoritative voice within fintech and B2B ecosystems

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related discipline 
  • At least 2 years’ work experience in digital marketing, content marketing or brand management (preferably within B2B environments)
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills with a strong creative instinct and passion for building credible brands
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategy, social media growth, content generation and distribution channels
  • Experience with SEO fundamentals and inbound marketing principles 
  • Self-driven, adaptable and comfortable operating in a fast evolving environment
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

Senior Growth Executive at Niobi

Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and grow a strong pipeline of qualified client leads
  • Drive client acquisition through structured outreach, demos, negotiation and conversion
  • Develop and execute sales and business development strategies aligned with growth targets
  • Establish and nurture strategic B2B partnerships to expand distribution channels
  • Refine and optimize the sales cycle, product demonstrations and sales collateral
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and expansion opportunities
  • Consistently update and manage all engagements within the CRM system
  • Provide accurate pipeline forecasts and periodic performance reports to management
  • Conduct market research to identify new verticals, segments and partnership opportunities

Qualifications and Requirements

The Finance Intern, will have the opportunity to step into real responsibility from day one. You will gain hands on experience across treasury operations, accounting, financial reporting and financial analysis. You will work closely with the finance team and contribute to work that directly impacts how the business operates and grows.

  • Perform applicable reconciliations on a periodic basis
  • Support to effectively undertake treasury operational functions 
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis 
  • Contribute to month-end reports and accounting processes
  • Participate in the preparation and analysis of financial statements
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
  • Collaborate to improve finance processes and efficiencies 
  • Provide support for audits and tax filings
