REQUIREMENTS:
- A
seasoned marketing professional with 5 – 7 years’ experience in marketing
and public relations, preferably within hospitality, tourism, or luxury
brands.
- Holds
a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a
related discipline.
- Proven
experience leading creative, digital, and content teams, with the ability
to inspire high-quality output and consistency.
- Strong
background in media relations, content strategy, and integrated campaign
management. A confident leader with excellent people management, coaching,
and performance management skills.
- An
exceptional communicator with strong written, verbal, and storytelling
ability.
- Strategically
minded yet highly execution-focused, able to translate vision into action.
- Highly
organised with strong project management and prioritisation skills.
- Comfortable
collaborating across departments and multiple business units, aligning
marketing with commercial and operational goals.
