the overall project’s success. The Civil Engineering team will play a key role
in ensuring site readiness, structural integrity, and seamless execution of
field activities across all project locations.
About the Job:
We are seeking hands-on and detail-oriented Civil Engineers
to support both the design and execution of civil works across our project
sites. This role is heavily field-based and will involve site supervision,
implementation of drawings, and ensuring that all civil components meet
required standards and timelines.
Responsibilities:
- Execute
and supervise site preparation works, including excavation, trenching, and
levelling activities.
- Oversee
construction of foundations, equipment bases, and related structural works
in line with approved designs.
- Interpret
and implement engineering drawings and basic designs at site level,
ensuring accuracy and practicality.
- Conduct
site inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with
specifications and material standards
- Supervise
contractors/Team and ensure civil works are completed within agreed
timelines and scope
- Identify
and resolve site-related challenges (e.g., ground conditions, design
adjustments, delays) in a timely manner
- Coordinate
with project and technical teams to ensure smooth integration of civil and
installation works
- Ensure
strict adherence to EHS requirements across all site activities
- Prepare
and submit accurate site progress reports, highlighting milestones, risks,
and delays
Requirements
- Bachelor’s
degree/Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related field
- 2–5
years’ experience in civil works, site supervision, or infrastructure
projects
- Experience
in Solar Plants, substation construction, or similar field-based projects
is an added advantage
- Ability
to interpret engineering drawings, support design work and generate BOQ
- Strong
understanding of site operations, construction processes, and quality
control.
- Good
coordination, problem-solving, and reporting skills.

instrumental in ensuring efficient execution, timely delivery, and seamless
coordination across multiple project sites.

We are seeking a hands-on and results-driven Project Manager
to oversee the implementation of KOSAP projects. The role involves managing
field operations, coordinating teams, and ensuring projects are delivered
within scope, time, and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Lead
the execution of KOSAP projects across assigned regions
- Coordinate
field teams for site readiness, installations, and activations
- Develop
and monitor project schedules, timelines, and deliverables
- Ensure
availability of materials through coordination with procurement and stores
- Monitor
site activities to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with standards
- Liaise
with clients, partners, and local authorities to facilitate project

Requirements

functions across the organization. The role will be responsible for budgeting,
financial reporting, cost control, and ensuring efficient sourcing and supply
of materials to support project and operational needs.
Responsibilities
- Oversee
day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and
reporting
- Ensure
accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and management
reports
- Monitor
cash flow, expenses, and cost controls across departments and projects
- Lead
procurement processes, including sourcing, vendor management, and contract
