The Role
- You’ll
be at the center of our finance and accounting operations, ensuring
accuracy in bookkeeping, timely reconciliations, and full visibility
across vehicle maintenance, revenue, and operational transactions.

manage payables and receivables, financial reporting, and support
compliance with internal controls and statutory requirements.

work closely with our maintenance teams to ensure robust financial

What You’ll Do
- Maintain
accurate financial records and ensure daily transaction postings are up to
date.
- Reconcile
bank accounts, paybill statements, and customer deposits.
- Track
accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Support
preparation of management accounts and financial performance reports.
- Verify
expense claims, supplier invoices, and ensure proper authorization.
- Work
closely with the maintenance teams to align financial data with actual
transactions.
- Assist
in budgeting, forecasting, and cost-tracking processes.
- Support
statutory compliance (VAT, PAYE, NSSF, NHIF, and other tax obligations).
- Liaise
with auditors, vendors, and internal teams for financial accuracy and
accountability.
- Recommend
process improvements for greater efficiency and control.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s
degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA
(K) or ACCA certification (at least Section 5 completed).
- 3–5
years of experience in accounting in a fast paced industry
- Proficient
in accounting software (Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or Xero preferred).
- Strong
knowledge of financial reporting and compliance.
- Analytical
thinker with excellent attention to detail.
- A team
player with strong communication and organizational skills.
Revenue Operations Associate at Fleetsimplify
As we expand, we’re looking for a Revenue Operations
Associate, a results-driven, analytical, and assertive professional who
ensures every vehicle performs, every shilling is accounted for, and every
asset is protected.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee
daily revenue collections and ensure payments are made on time.
- Track
arrears and follow up proactively to maintain account health.
- Monitor
escrow deposits and flag irregularities or delays.
- Verify
driver billing, credits, and platform updates for accuracy.
- Coordinate
asset recovery for defaulting drivers in collaboration with the tracking
team.
- Oversee
driver contract closures, ensuring all dues and damages are cleared.
- Generate
weekly and monthly reports on collection performance and insights.
- Share
actionable trends to improve compliance and reduce defaults.
Who You Are
- Diploma
or Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
- 2–3
years’ experience in revenue collection, credit control, or asset
recovery.
- Strong
communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Confident
using data and Excel or digital reporting tools.
- Detail-oriented,
assertive, and goal-driven.
- Experience
in fleet, lending, or mobility operations is an added advantage
