Position Overview
Are you passionate about accountability, organization, and
supporting impactful health programs? Iko Kazi! NCD Alliance Kenya is seeking a
Finance Assistant to join its dynamic team.
This position plays a key role in ensuring effective
financial management, compliance, and transparency across all organizational
operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support
day-to-day financial operations and reporting.
- Maintain
accurate and up-to-date accounting records.
- Assist
in preparing budgets, financial statements, and expenditure reports.
- Ensure
compliance with donor and organizational financial policies.
- Support
audits and other financial reviews.
- Maintain
proper documentation for all financial transactions.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s
Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- CPA/ACCA
qualification (at least CPA III).
- Minimum
1 year of experience in financial reporting or management; experience in
an NGO setting is an added advantage.
- Proficiency
in QuickBooks is desirable.
- Strong
analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
