Job Summary
Kolman Agriculture Group is expanding its team of Sales
Engineers in the field of post-harvest and grain storage
technology. The company is seeking passionate and motivated entry-level
professionals to join their growing team in Kitale, Nakuru,
Narok, and Eldoret.
This role is ideal for individuals with an interest in agriculture,
technology, and sales, and who want to make a positive impact in the
agri-tech sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote
and sell post-harvest and grain storage technology solutions to farmers,
millers, and agribusiness clients.
- Conduct
product demonstrations and technical presentations to potential customers.
- Support
customers in identifying appropriate solutions based on their needs.
- Build
and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners within the
assigned region.
- Provide
market feedback and assist in the implementation of sales strategies.
- Prepare
and submit regular sales and performance reports.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma
or Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering,
Agribusiness, or a related field.
- Passion
for agricultural technology and innovation.
- Strong
communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated
and goal-oriented.
- Ability
to work independently and within a team.
- Willingness
to travel within assigned regions.
