Operations Manager (JG5/6)
Grounded is seeking a hands-on Ops Manager to lead our
factory & operational teams. This is a senior level hire, reporting to the
founders. You’ll oversee teams in production, inventory, procurement, order
processing, logistics, HR, and IT — facilitating teamwork, problem solving, and
smooth daily operations. Perfect for someone with 5+ years in
operations/manufacturing (FMCG preferred), strong systems thinking, and
experience managing cross-functional teams.
Retail Experience Associate (JG2/3)
Join Grounded’s vibrant retail team! You’ll plan & run markets, pop-ups, and activations, lead sales on the ground, train & motivate merchandizers, and make sure our displays wow every time. We’re looking for a natural people-person with 2–4 years in retail/events, a knack for closing sales, and a love for connecting with customers. Weekend/event work required.
Retail Team Supervisor / Team Leader (JG3)
We’re hiring a Retail Team Supervisor / Team Leader to drive Tier 1 modern trade sales (Carrefour, Naivas, Chandarana, etc), manage merchandizers, and secure premium shelf space, promotions & launches. You’ll build strong relationships with buyers, solve operational issues fast, and make sure Grounded products always stand out and sell through. 3–5 yrs FMCG modern trade sales experience + people leadership required.
