Mi Vida Graduate Programme Cohort 2
The Graduate Programme is a 6-month, cohort-based learning
and development initiative tailored for recent graduates or students in their
3rd, 4th, or final year within the built environment sector. These includes,
but is not limited to, the following disciplines:

The Programme is offered free of charge to participants.
Participants will receive a modest stipend to cover basic expenses during the
Programme. The Programme offers practical experience and opportunities for
professional development including mentorship, real-world experience,
professional growth. However, participation does not guarantee employment
with the organizing company or its affiliates. Accommodation and transportation
will not be provided unless explicitly stated in the offer letter.
Eligibility criteria
To be eligible for the Programme, applicants must meet the
following criteria:
- Be
recent graduates (within the past two years) or set to graduate by the
Programme’s start date;
- Students
in their 3rd, 4th or final year of study;
- Scored
a B+ and above in KCSE or its equivalent
- Be
alumni of a recognized Kenyan university.
- Have
attained or be on track to achieve at least a First-Class or Second-Class
Honours degree.
- Be
below 25 years of age at the time of application.
