The jobholder will be responsible for: –
- Trade
Finance deal origination, structuring, placement and portfolio management.
- Building
and maintaining strong trade customer relationships through excellent
customer service in order to achieve customer loyalty and maximize share
of wallet.
- Support
the day-to-day operational activities of Trade Finance unit and ensure
trade finance transactions are processed promptly and accurately and
within policy guidelines.
- Trade
finance portfolio management – both funded and non-funded facilities.
- Ensure
adherence to the terms and conditions and actively monitoring the
underlying contracts.

holder will be responsible for the management of all the securities and
documentation relating to lending. Responsible for managing post-approval of
the credit process with the primary focus being business support and risk
control in lending documentation for retail and corporate customers of the
Bank.

Maintaining custody and preparation of Legal and related
documents, facilitating their execution and release to the various stakeholders
for purposes of revenue collection and to ensure the company remains secured at
all times.

The job holder will be responsible for ensuring that
the Bank’s interests are safeguarded and secured from legal and contractual
liability and also assist in conducting legal research and reviewing of
existing and new statutes as well as advising on the new legal issues arising
to ensure statutory and contractual compliance by the Bank

responsible for ensuring that the Group and its subsidiaries interests are
safeguarded and secured from legal and contractual liability and also assist
in conducting legal research and reviewing of existing and new statutes as
well as advising on the new legal issues arising to ensure statutory and
contractual compliance by the Group
