Operations Team Lead
Reporting to the Operations Duty Coordinator, we’re looking
for a proactive logistics professional to lead end-to-end shipment handling
within any of these sections: intake, put-away, palletization, cooling, and
dispatch. This role ensures SOP compliance, cold chain integrity, data
accuracy, and timely reporting while driving operational excellence, safety,
and a seamless customer experience.

expected to provide strategic leadership for cargo operations, aligning with
business goals and industry standards. Drive SOP execution and improvement to
ensure compliance, consistency, and excellence. Lead and mentor
cross-functional teams, fostering accountability, innovation, safety, and a
superior customer experience.
