Key Responsibilities:
- Support
the execution of marketing plans for existing products and new product
launches.
- Execute
and deliver effective marketing campaigns/activities within the approved
budget while meeting the agreed timelines.
- The
incumbent will plan & execute key brand strategies focusing on
healthcare professional like Doctors, Nurses, & Pharmacists
- Establish,
maintain and grow the product-related expert network (KCOA)
- Design
and customize training (regional context) promotional content, product
training programs
- Provide
academic support and guidance for product sales activities.
- Work
closely with sales team to ensure implementation of marketing & brand
plans.
- Work
aggressively to develop and procure visibility inputs as and when
required.
Essential Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s
degree in pharmacy/ Biological Sciences.
- Minimum
of 3 years’ experience in Marketing/Sales preferably from a pharmaceutical
industry handling OTX/OTC brands
- Ability
to forge strong working relationships & gain credibility quickly with
all levels.
- Well
organized individual with the ability to prioritize, deliver to tight
deadlines and with the ability to function effectively under pressure.
- Strong
communicator with ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
Officer – IT at Shalina Healthcare
Job Description
What you become a part of:
As an IT Officer for Kenya, you will play a vital role in
supporting and maintaining our IT infrastructure, business applications
including ERP and POS systems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations in
the country. You will work closely with both the Kenya business team and
central IT to provide reliable, secure, and user-friendly technology services.
Key Responsibilities:
System Support and Administration:
- Assist
in the deployment and ongoing support of Microsoft Business Central ERP,
SFA, CRM, and other business applications.
- Collaborate
with business users to resolve system issues and ensure processes are
supported effectively.
- Maintain
data integrity, system security, and compliance with corporate policies
and regulations.
IT Infrastructure Management:
- Support
the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT hardware including
servers, network devices, and endpoint equipment.
- Help
implement and support Microsoft Modern Workplace tools to promote
productivity and security.
- Monitor
IT systems for performance and escalate issues as needed to central IT
teams.
User Support and Training:
- Provide
frontline user support through troubleshooting hardware and software
issues.
- Conduct
basic user training and assist in promoting IT awareness and best
practices.
Vendor Coordination:
- Assist
in coordinating with IT vendors and service providers for timely support
and maintenance.
- Support
procurement processes by liaising with vendors regarding hardware and
software needs.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain
accurate documentation of IT assets, configurations, and procedures.
- Assist
in preparing reports on IT service performance and issues.
Essential Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s
degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3 to 5
years of experience in IT operations, support, or systems administration.
- Experience
supporting Microsoft Business Central ERP, POS systems, or similar
business applications is highly desirable.
- Good
understanding of IT infrastructure components: servers, networking,
endpoint devices.
- Basic
knowledge of cybersecurity principles and data management standards.
- Strong
problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and

environment
- Strong
interpersonal and networking skills for liaising with stakeholders,
partners, and media contacts
- Excellent
written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Proficiency
in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
