Job Purpose

Supervising and guiding sales delegates to achieve company sales targets within their designated territory. This role is critical for driving sales through generation of orders, ensuring timely collections, maintaining product visibility, and managing merchandising activities.

The coordinator fosters effective communication of Shalina Healthcare products to customers and supports the team through training and competitive market insights.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain target customer lists according to company guidelines; ensure regular and frequent visits to customers as per set targets.
  • Oversee order bookings within the assigned territory, monitor timely payment collections on booked orders, and maintain an updated stock tracker for wholesalers/distributors.
  • Ensure continuous visibility and presence of Shalina consumer products in all relevant trade channels be it in MT/GT.
  • Manage and supervise merchandiser, and sales delegate activities across modern trade and general trade outlets.
  •  Promote Shalina Healthcare products by effectively communicating product messages, including trade offers such as discounts, bonuses, and gifts.
  • Participate actively in internal sales meetings, conference calls, and training sessions to stay aligned with company objectives and product knowledge.
  • Gather and provide market intelligence, including competitor bids, pricing data, and bundling strategies to support the establishment of negotiated pricing contracts for assigned products.
  • Submit timely weekly sales reports and monthly tour plans, ensuring sales delegates meet expected call averages and customer coverage.
