Job Purpose
The incumbent will be responsible for supporting the
execution of end-to-end People & Culture strategies and initiatives across
the employee lifecycle. The role ensures effective delivery of talent
acquisition, employee relations, performance management, learning and
development, compensation and benefits, People & Culture operations,
compliance, and people analytics, while fostering a high-performing, engaged, inclusive,
and compliant workplace culture.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Coordinate
the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, including job
advertising, sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, reference checks, and
onboarding.
- Support
workforce planning initiatives by maintaining staffing data, vacancy
reports, and establishment records.
- Assist
departmental managers in identifying current and future staffing needs.
- Maintain
talent pools and support succession planning initiatives.
- Prepare
recruitment reports and provide insights on hiring trends and workforce
needs.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Serve
as the first point of contact for employee relations matters and provide
guidance on People & Culture policies and procedures.
- Coordinate
disciplinary, grievance, and conflict resolution processes in accordance
with company policies and labor laws.
- Foster
positive employee relations and support a healthy work environment.
- Coordinate
employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and action plans.
- Support
the implementation of culture change initiatives that enhance employee experience
and organizational effectiveness.
3. Performance Management & Learning
- Coordinate
the performance management cycle, including goal setting, probation
reviews, appraisals, and performance improvement plans.
- Track
performance outcomes and provide reports to management.
- Conduct
training needs assessments and coordinate learning and development
programs.
- Maintain
training records and evaluate the effectiveness of learning interventions.
- Support
talent development and career growth initiatives.
4. Compensation, Benefits & Wellness
- Administer
employee compensation and benefits programs in accordance with company
policies.
- Support
payroll processes through timely and accurate employee data management.
- Coordinate
employee benefits administration, including medical, pension, and
insurance schemes.
- Coordinate
employee wellness and welfare programs that promote physical, mental, and
social well-being.
5. People & Culture Operations, Compliance & HRMS
- Maintain
accurate and up-to-date employee records and People & Culture
documentation.
- Prepare
employment contracts, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and separation
documentation.
- Ensure
compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and organizational policies.
- Support
People & Culture process improvement, automation, and digital
transformation initiatives.
- Coordinate
People & Culture audits and ensure timely implementation of corrective
actions.
6. People Analytics, Culture & Organizational
Development
- Prepare
monthly, quarterly, and annual People & Culture reports.
- Analyze
workforce data and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Assist
in implementing Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB)
initiatives that promote an inclusive workplace culture.
- Monitor
and report on key people metrics, trends, and organizational effectiveness
indicators.
Other Duties
- Perform
any other duties as may be assigned by the Head of People & Culture
from time to time.
Educational and Professional Requirements
- Bachelor’s
Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Social
Sciences, or a related field from a recognized university.
- Higher
National Diploma
- Must
be a Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP-K)
- Must
be a member of IHRM in good standing.
Work Experience
- Minimum
of 2–3 years of progressive experience in Human Resource Management, with
at least 1 years in a generalist role.
- Working
knowledge of Kenyan labour laws and People & Culture best practices.
- Strong
preference will be given to candidates who possess the requisite
qualifications, skills, and experience.

The Customer Care Executive is responsible for maintaining
strong relationships with customers by addressing their inquiries, resolving

Primary Responsibilities
- Respond
to customer inquiries through phone, email, or in-person, providing timely
and accurate assistance.
- Foster
strong relationships with customers by delivering personalized service and
addressing their concerns effectively.
- Assist
customers with product information, account updates, service requests, and
general inquiries.
- Collaborate
with internal teams to resolve customer issues and meet service
expectations.
- Maintain
accurate and up-to-date customer records, documenting communications and
service requests.
- Handle
complaints and feedback, resolving issues in a positive and professional
manner.
- Follow
up with customers to ensure satisfaction and that their concerns have been
addressed appropriately.
- Assist
in managing customer accounts, ensuring proper documentation and updates
as necessary.
- Escalate
unresolved or complex issues to the Customer Service Supervisor for
further action.
- Provide
feedback and suggestions for improving customer service processes and
overall customer experience.
- Proactively
identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and recommend
service improvements.
- Ensure
alignment with customer service policies, procedures, and company
standards.
- Assist
with any additional tasks as directed by the Customer Service Supervisor.
- Any
other responsibilities assigned to the jobholder by the supervisor from
time to time.
Qualifications and Experience
- A
minimum of a Diploma in Communication from a recognised university.
- Experience
with customer service management systems and CRM tools is an added
advantage.
- A
minimum of one (1) years of experience in a similar position
