Job Description
The ESL Future Leadership Program was started in 2015 to
offer eligible candidates an opportunity to acquire direct practical experience
in what we do and the industry at large. The program is currently in its 17th
Cohort.
We seek to give an internship opportunity to a candidate in
the following area:
Mombasa:
- Legal
Intern.
Eligibility:
- Holder
of professional and academic qualifications.
- Bachelor’s
degree in law (LLB) is an added advantage.
- Must
demonstrate excellent academic performance as demonstrated by recent
university or institution records.
- Must
be a recent graduate.
Personal Attributes:
- Should
possess excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Must
be goal oriented, passionate, and proactive.
- Readiness
to learn.
- Should
possess strong analytical skills.
- Must
be computer literate.

thus we seek to give opportunities to candidates in the following areas:
- ICT
Intern (Mombasa).
- Ships
Agency Intern (Mombasa).
- Operations
Intern (Mombasa).

Intern (Nairobi).

Intern (Mombasa).
- Projects
Intern (Mombasa).
- Warehouse
Intern (Mombasa).
- Legal
Intern (Mombasa).
Eligibility:
The candidates should ideally hold professional and
academic qualifications for the respective roles:
- Certificate/Diploma/Degree
in Information Technology, Computer Science, Marketing,
Communications, Graphic Design with strong ICT skills.
- Diploma/
Degree in Maritime Studies, ICS certification, with a customer
service or Ship operator background.
- Diploma/Degree
– Logistics Specialization – Customs and documentation,
KESRA certification.
- Diploma/Degree
in BCom, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Commerce,
Procurement, Business Administration/Management.
- Degree
in Civil Engineering.
- Diploma/Degree
– Logistics Specialization – Warehousing or supply chain
management.
- Degree
in Law, KSL ongoing.
