Relationship Officer – Insurance [Nairobi]

We’re looking for a motivated Relationship Officer -Insurance to join our insurance team! Your role will focus on building client relationships, promoting insurance products, and providing top-notch service.

Responsibilities

Build and manage client relationships

• Promote and sell insurance products (Life, Health, Motor, etc.)
• Achieve sales targets and follow up with leads
• Support clients through onboarding and claims

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma
• 1+ year in sales/insurance/customer service
• Great communication and people skills
• Target-driven and customer-focused mindset
